Music purchases are completed through Payhip and its payment providers. Prices, taxes, delivery terms, refund or cancellation rights, and any additional purchase conditions displayed during checkout apply to that transaction, together with applicable law.

Unless a different license is expressly provided during checkout, purchasing a song or digital download gives you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to download and enjoy that copy for personal, noncommercial use.

The phrase “own the music” means that you receive your own purchased copy of the digital file. It does not transfer ownership of the copyright, musical composition, master recording, artwork, name, trademark, or any other intellectual-property right.

Without written permission and any legally required licenses, you may not:

• Resell, redistribute, upload, share, sublicense, or make the purchased file available to others.
• Use the music in advertising, film, television, video, podcasts, games, performances, merchandise, or other commercial projects.

Submitting a booking, partnership, press, appearance, interview, or other inquiry does not create an agreement, reserve a date, or require Anastia Lèyon to accept an opportunity.

A commitment exists only after the applicable parties enter into a separate written agreement and satisfy any stated deposit or confirmation requirements.
